Five Graces Photography eGift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity: Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Valid on selected sale items only. Not valid for use with daycare or kindergarten photography or packages.

2. Issuance: Gift Vouchers are issued immediately via email to the purchaser or nominated recipient after payment is completed.

3. Non-Refundable: Gift Vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances.

4. No Cash Redemption: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other form of credit.

5. Non-Transferrable: Gift Vouchers are non-transferrable and may only be used by the original recipient. Transfer to another person is only permitted with the express written permission of Five Graces Photography.

6. Redemption:

   • A valid Gift Voucher must be presented at the time of booking.

   • All bookings are subject to availability.

7. Wedding Vouchers:

   • If purchasing a Gift Voucher for a wedding package, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm the availability of their wedding date with Five Graces Photography prior to purchase.

   • Five Graces Photography cannot guarantee availability for any specific date without prior confirmation.

8. Lost or Stolen Vouchers: Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

9. Promotions & Discounts: Any promotional discounts applied to Gift Vouchers at the time of purchase do not alter the terms of use. The voucher remains valid for the original purchase value.
