Validity: Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Valid on selected sale items only. Not valid for use with daycare or kindergarten photography or packages.

Issuance: Gift Vouchers are issued immediately via email to the purchaser or nominated recipient after payment is completed.

Non-Refundable: Gift Vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances.

No Cash Redemption: Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other form of credit.

Non-Transferrable: Gift Vouchers are non-transferrable and may only be used by the original recipient. Transfer to another person is only permitted with the express written permission of Five Graces Photography.
