• 3-Year-Old Kinder — sessional kinder programs only
If your child is not enrolled in one of the above programs, your registration will be deleted.
Please note: We do not photograph group photos for younger age groups.
What This Form Covers
This form provides permission for your child to be included in the kinder group photograph only.
No individual portraits will be taken unless your child is separately registered for individual photography.
