Thank you for trusting us to photograph your child as they explore in their learning spaces.
We aim to capture your child's personality as well as to document them interacting within their learning spaces and immersed in activities.
Our pricing structure includes a non-refundable sitting fee of $35 per child. This sitting fee covers our time photographing your child, editing and curating a gallery for you to view. Please understand it takes us many hours to photograph your child, edit, print and produce your child's album and gallery. Your $35 sitting fee does not include any printed images or digital images.
We take every step possible to capture genuine smiles and laughter. Some children however are more serious at childcare and kindergarten than they are at home with you. If we cannot photograph your child due to them being distressed, we will refund your registration fee.
Where very young children are unable to participate in a full photoshoot, we will refund you the difference between you prepaid registration fee and the package you choose to order.
In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with your child images, we will review your child's images. If these are deemed in line with our brand guidelines unfortunately no refunds or reshoots will be offered. If we deem the images are not at our brand level standards we will refund your registration fee.
Whilst all care is taken, we cannot guarantee your desired clothing is worn in photos. No refunds or reshoots are offered for clothing. Please ensure your child is sent to care in clothes you are happy for your child to be photographed in along with a second set of clothes you are happy for them to be photographed in.
Whilst all care is taken, we cannot guarantee your child's hair is styled in any certain way. Children are required to wear hats when playing outside and once removed we cannot guarantee their hair will remain as you sent them to care. We will naturally tidy up hair as required and are led by educator discretion for styled hair. No refunds or reshoots will be available due to hair.
If you would like your child rephotographed due to hair or clothing, a $35 resitting fee is applicable.
Our photographers reserve the right to not photograph children who are deemed too unwell to be photographed. We will refund absent or children who are too unwell to be photographed.
By consenting to Five Graces Photography to use your images for marketing purposes, you permit us to use your photos on social media platforms, on printed materials, in example galleries and for use in entering industry competitions.
Five Graces Photography ELC and Kindergarten Photography service uses automated processed only. This is not a bespoke photography service.
We photograph educators in centre as part of their promotional material. If children are photographed in these promotional images, we always ensure the back of children's heads are photographed so they are not able to be identified. Five Graces Photography reserves the right to use these images for it's own promotional material.
We keep your photos on file for 12 months only. Please ensure you download your images onto your computer to safeguard your photos against corruption. We recommend uploading your images to a cloud storage software of your choice.
